Refund and Returns Policy

1. Made-to-Order & Custom Items

  • No Change of Mind Returns: Due to customization, we don’t offer refunds for wrong orders or change of mind once production begins.
  • Defect/Damage Claims: Contact us within 7-14 days of delivery for manufacturing faults or transit damage.
  • Proof Required: Send photos/videos of the item and packaging to show the issue.
  • Resolution: Offer replacement, repair, or refund (minus shipping) after inspection. 

2. Standard/Non-Custom Items

  • Unopened/Unused: Return within 30 days for a full product refund (shipping non-refundable).
  • Buyer’s Remorse: Within 3 days of receipt, you can return for a partial refund (product price only) after inspection, or exchange (buyer pays all shipping).
  • Restocking Fee: A 10-20% restocking fee may apply for unwanted items. 

3. Defective Products (General)

  • Reporting: Contact support within 30 days of receipt for non-human-caused quality issues.
  • Process: Return the item for assessment; refunds/replacements issued if fault confirmed.
  • Return Shipping: Buyer pays initially, but refunded if defect is confirmed; otherwise, buyer covers return shipping costs. 

4. General Terms

Shipping Costs: Original shipping is usually non-refundable; return shipping covered by buyer unless seller error

Contact First: Always contact customer service before returning any item.

Condition: Items must be in original packaging, unused, with all parts, unless defective.
